www.ClickSense.com, the pay-per click site that really does pay.

ClickSense is a paid to click website that offers up to 2 cent per click for viewing a one minute advert , many of their clicks are less than this but are also shorter. Having done the calculations it works out that all adds are paid at the same rate per second, a rate of 2/60 cents per second or in simple terms 2 cents a minute which means you can earn 1 dollar 20 an hour. This seems quite a lot compared to even rival sites such as NeoBux.  Sure you can’t make a wage off of it but if you have some spare time you can earn some extra cash just by watching adverts.

Features

Referrals

If you get other people to sign up you earn a little every time they click, this is typical of most paid to click sites. The rates they offer for clicks are as follows  (First number normal rate, second number premium account rate) :

Micro                   $0.0002               $0.0004

Mini                      $0.0010               $0.0020

Standard              $0.0020               $0.0040

Extended             $0.0040               $0.0080

Is upgrading to premium worth it? Well if you have 3 active referrals that click on 8 adverts a day and assuming a breakdown of ( 1 extended, 2 standard, 2 mini, 3micro) then you would have earned an extra (0.0006+0.0020+0.0040+0.0040),per referral or 0.0106 dollars which is 3.2 cents for the 3 referrals so this paltry amount would make you an extra  22 cents a week or 11.57 dollars a year, so on this “benefit” alone its not at all worth the fee for the average user.

Note Micro adds are 3 second ads, mini are 15 secs, standard 30 seconds and Extended ads last 1 minute.

Offers:

As with a lot of paying sites you get money for completing offers, unfortunately as with a lot of paying sites the offers are the same on each site such as sign up for Toluna (which you can only really do once), furthermore there are no video tasks such as with Neobux, thus a major way to make a few cents is lacking on this site.

Plus I find Surveys are very frustrating as you spend 6 minutes doing so to discover they don’t want you…

So if they paid all the time they would be good value for money on this site as you could make a dollar, but wasted time puts me totally off survey sites.  I would prefer much shorter surveys for a lot less money that always accept the reader, these just don’t exist!

Gaming or chance-based Elements:

There is a grid game. As with Neobux there is a luck element to wining some cents two where you click on a grid to load an advert that may or may not pay you, it seems it never pays me so I find it not worth my while, you can win up to 5 dollars but most of the winners win 10 or 20 cents, which is going to work out at far less than 2 cents a minute that you get for sticking to the main advert, so as with Neobux it is just not worth it, you would be far better served using your time productively completing tasks, as we will come to on my Next Section. But as part of your daily reward program it IS worth clicking on ten of the grid squares.

Tasks:

Like Neobux it has tasks you can complete to earn money, unlike neobux some of the tasks are very fair and good value for money and there is a much wider selection of tasks. They are provided by cardflower.  You can earn anything from 1 cent to 21 cents. The fairness varies wildly for example a supposedly straight forward name the colour task for 1 cent took longer than a task which I earned 7 cents for, that particular task took me only 1 minute giving a projected earning of a decent 3.20 an hour (close to real wage territory in the states). However that was one of the best ones, another one for 21 cents took me ages and I ended up not getting it because it said my accuracy was zero even though I just followed their instructions to the letter. It took over 10 minutes to get nothing, but one for 17 cents took me 3-4 minutes and that’s a massive 3.40 an hour if you could keep it up.  So as described hear there is the potential to make good money but the occasional duff task could screw your whole earnings up and drop your rate down below the 2 cent per hour mark, so probably best just to do a few offers a day and leave it at that.

Reward Structure?

Some sites offer you rewards for logging in each day or doing x amount of things, this one is one of those sites. If you complete either 10 tasks or 2 offers, view 1 forum message, complete 10 adverts view and click on the grid 10 times you get a bonus of what you have earned for the day, 5 percent for free members, 10 percent for premium members. Lets say you complte 10 offers whats the average earning? Around 5 cents at a guestimate per offer.

So that’s 50 cents earnings plus around 3 cents for those advert views, Nothing for clicking on the grid ( a pessimistic outlook but quite likely), So that’s 53 cents so the bonus is 5% for standard that is 2.65 cents per day if you’re a premium member you get 5.3 cents of that projected income, so that’s 2.8 cents more roughly, per day, giving a premium member ship is 17 dollars then in a week you would have clawed back 16 cents per week roughly. Which means it would take you 100 weeks or 2 years to get your money back at this rate!

So on this criteria again a premium membership is not worth it.  Incidently at 5.3 cents a week you will earn 2.65 dollars extra a year if you were to complete the tasks every day, not at all worth completing the tasks for in my view.  Even if you include the 11.5 dollars extra from having 3 active refferals your still short of your output so its not worth it at this rate of gain to buy a premium membership.

Lets be More optimistic and see again if its worth it, suppose we can get an average of 8 cents per offer, then we have 80 cents per day, suppose we view 15 adverts per day then we would have around 5 cents from ad views, suppose we actually win 10 cents on the lucky grid each day… So at this most optimistic but still absolutely possible outlook we have instead earned a total of 95 cents per day, our basic bonus of that is 4.75 cents our premium bonus is 9.5 cents our extra earnings for premium bonus are 4.25 cents, that’s  29.65 cents or lets round it to 30 cents a week, that’s still 10 weeks for 3 dollars, 50 weeks for 15 dollars so if we have no active referrals it is definitely not worth the premium membership as I don’t think its possible for an individual to earn much more than that without being incredibly lucky and scooping a 5 dollar bonus on the gird game (here you would earn 25 cents extra straight away which is still a drop in the ocean to make up the 17 dollar premium membership fee) .

However at this more optimistic projection of income, if you add 3 active referrals into it 15 dollars plus 12 dollars is 27 dollars. So you’re up about 10 dollars, which is a reasonable gain and is not relying on a lot of luck for this gain to occur. You probably need to be having 5 referrals who click a couple of ads a day for the 17 dollars being worth the investment.

Real Life Experience

On my second day of working I tried for the daily bonus, got it (took me a while) and for 8 hours work I had earned a bonus of 2.78 cents, a little above my target calculation of 2.65 for the bonus.  Note I believe that with more knowledge of the good and bad tasks it easily possible to confine this sort of earning to two to three hours of work.  Although you are not going to be able to earn much more overall than this 2.8 cents for the bonus because the better tasks are in scarcity of supply (high demand) and the ads only refresh every six or so hours.

So is it all doom and gloom for the premium membership?

Not at all. If your prepared to work incredibly hard to get 8 or more referrals each of the referrals only need refer one person and that person may refer 2 people and so you end up with a whole lot of referrals who make you far more than the 17 dollar outlay to get a premium membership. It really depends on how much time you have on your hands and how intense you are going to work at it, treat it like a job and the 17 dollars for the premium account could be the greatest investment of your life! A great thing about a premium membership is that you have 8 tiers of referrals in other words the person you recruit then recruits someone else and this recurs until it has happened a maximum of 8 times! Plus you only have to spend 5 seconds watching the click grid instead of 10 and each referral that you sign up earns you a dollar in commission straight away, this does not happen in the free account!

Would I recommend Click Sense?

Yes absolutely for making a few pounds each week and having some extra spending money or savings, it is not something you should invest too much time in but something that can work for a lot of people and offers a relatively high amount of cents per second.  If anyone wants to check out the website, don’t google it, instead use my referral link, I am not sure if I can put this on this page so please contact me in the comments section below requesting for my referral link, please do this so that I get a few cents off of your clicks (note this does not hurt your potential earnings in anyway, it just beneftits me!)

If your still not convinced about PTC sites I hope you have learned that they are not all scams and that they can be a way to earn a little money or a lot depending on how much time and effort you put in!
